- Military service: From the source "Nichols Family Bible of Horatio Nichols b. 1831":
Capt. Titus Moss of Cheshire was in Lieut. Col. Charles Webb's Reg. Capt Street Hall's Co. - was on Long Island - in Boston camps n Dorchester Heights.
Conflict: The birth year of 1738 and death year of 1818 for Titus Moss in the source "Nichols Family Bible of Horatio Nichols b. 1831" both disagree with "Nichols, Joann Alberta - Daughters of the American Revolution Working Sheet through Titus Moss", which indicates his birth date to be 1733 and his death year to be 1813. Important to note however is that the months and days agree exactly, only the years differ.
